Dear David Nzainga, The Kenya ICT Board is proud to announce that the launch of the Wezesha; Laptop initiative project ,took place on Friday 3rd December 2010 at KICC. The objective of this first phase of the laptop initiative is to provide a financial incentive towards purchasing a laptop for registered Kenyan University students in participating local public and private Universities and Colleges.
